I thought it was appropriate to do a rewind of this episode as we come to the end of the first quarter of 2021. Research shows that 80% of people quit their New Year's resolutions by mid February. I want to do a pulse check with you to ensure we are at the stage of achieving our goals versus planning our goals. I address 3 steps to ensure we are goal achievers:

1. Create your purpose statement

2. Take small steps in executing your goals

3. Create boundaries around your goals
